I really need to shut the water of at key house shut off when I'm not working with water.The water that arrives out is warm,not sizzling.Thermostat is set at one hundred twenty five degrees.I do know most reduction valves are created for approx. one hundred twenty five to one hundred fifty psi.My water decreasing valve before the water meter is new
